Responsible for managing medium to large-scale projects within the apheresis research core. Takes ownership of the project lifecycle overall by guiding teams and staff, facilitating communication between stakeholders, and monitoring progress toward project goals. Ensures that the project is completed successfully and provides support to team members and stakeholders as they complete essential tasks. Does this position require Patient Care? Essential Functions:

Develops comprehensive project plans, monitors and manages projects from initiation through completion. Secures required resources and uses formal processes and tools to manage resources, budgets, risks, and changes. Manages projects to ensure on-time completion according to specifications and within budgeted costs. Communicates regularly on project status with project stakeholders. Owns project plans for medium to large-scale projects. Provides guidance to project coordinators. Identifies potential risks early, analyzes the possible impact, and develops mitigation strategies. Qualifications

Education: Bachelor's Degree in Healthcare/Human Sciences Related Field Experience: Research experience 2-3 years required, Cellular Therapies experience 1-2 years required, Research finance experience 1-2 years preferred, Project management experience 2-3 years preferred Knowledge, Skills and Abilities: Strong knowledge of project management tools and methodologies, Excellent presentation skills, Proficiency in project management software, Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
