Solutions Architect in Enterprise Technology plays a critical role in shaping the future of mobility. This role requires partnering with product teams in data and analytics to guide and shape solution architecture, develop reference implementations and proof of concepts, and resolve technical challenges across Ford and partner networks. Responsibilities
You will bring skills in IT architecture, data science and artificial intelligence to help shape the future of data and analytics at Ford. Stay current with rapidly evolving technologies and apply them with product teams developing the next generation of intelligent systems. View the portfolio holistically and align individual product teams with technology and business needs. Work closely with product teams in data and analytics to guide and shape solution architecture. Develop reference implementations and proofs of concepts exploring leading edge technologies in cloud, data engineering, data science and AI. Help teams resolve technical challenges by leveraging knowledge across Ford and partner networks. Develop and review architectures to identify opportunities for alignment with data and analytics stacks. Create architecture strategies to support business goals and opportunities. Qualifications
Requires a bachelor’s or foreign equivalent degree in computer science, information technology or a technology related field. Experience in at least one cloud environment. Minimum 4 years of experience as a solutions architect, software developer, dev/ops engineer, cloud engineer or data scientist. Preferred / Nice-to-Have
Knowledge of Google Cloud Platform (GCP). Knowledge of Python and/or JavaScript. Knowledge of generative AI technologies and approaches. Knowledge of data management technologies such as GCP BigQuery or PostgreSQL. Benefits and Work Arrangements
