Solutions Architect Location:
Remote (U.S.) with some travel to customers as needed Our client is hiring a
Solutions Architect
to support U.S.-based enterprise customers. In this role, you’ll partner with some of the world’s largest organizations to transform how thousands of developers build software. You’ll work closely with engineering teams to design and implement solutions that significantly improve productivity, while ensuring technical success from initial proof of value through long-term renewal and expansion. About Our Client Founded five years ago, our client set out with a vision to make every software engineer instantly ready-to-code. Today, their platform has grown to over 2 million users and is recognized as the leading solution for standardized and automated development environments. In the last year, the company has quadrupled enterprise revenue, signed multiple seven-figure contracts with Fortune 500 clients, and launched an AI-first product architecture. With strong product-market fit established, they are scaling rapidly and preparing for their next phase of growth. Responsibilities Core expectations (applies to all roles): Live out and reinforce our client’s operating principles. Actively contribute to company culture by modeling these values. Role-specific responsibilities: Lead the technical success of enterprise customers in post-sales, from proof of value through renewal and expansion. Architect and implement optimized development environments, while providing hands-on coaching to engineering teams. Gain a deep understanding of customer workflows and developer experience needs. Improve customer onboarding through tooling, process improvements, and product feedback. Create scalable processes—documentation, resources, programs, and workshops—to drive customer success at scale. First 30 days: Develop a strong understanding of the product, its value proposition, and how it operates. Learn the onboarding methodology to the point of leading implementations with minimal support. Build relationships with internal stakeholders across GTM and Product Engineering. Take ownership of assigned customer accounts, including audits, understanding tech stacks, and defining success strategies. Share feedback on improving internal processes. About You Strong foundation in computer science, software development, developer tools, cloud infrastructure, and containerization. Able to discuss both high-level system architecture and detailed implementation confidently. Resourceful problem-solver who can identify issues and move customers toward meaningful solutions. Relentlessly customer-focused, taking ownership of their challenges and delivering outcomes that earn trust. A product evangelist who bridges customer needs with product evolution, championing improvements internally. Desired Qualifications Significant experience in technical, customer-facing roles supporting enterprise clients (including regulated industries and Fortune 500). Background working with Developers, Architects, and Security teams. Expertise in platform engineering and developer productivity practices. Familiarity with enterprise-scale SDLC tools (SCM, IDEs, databases, infrastructure, etc.). Cloud experience across AWS (preferred), Azure, and/or GCP. Experience in high-growth, early-stage startup environments. Willingness to travel to customer sites when required. Preferred tools:
