Customer Success Associate - DC / Northern Virginia - Sage
Stryker is seeking a Customer Success Associate to drive revenue focused on legacy products with the selling, marketing, and promotion of Stryker Sage to nurses, clinicians, and hospital staff. Sage Customer Success Associate As a Customer Success Associate, you will play a key role in driving revenue and working closely with the Sales team to grow the business, in-service, and educate clinical teams. You may also assist in the preparation and operation of trade shows, conventions, and clinical meetings. What You Will Do Drive focus and targeted organic growth across legacy products. Educate Healthcare Professionals on proper product use, functionality, and changes to the product portfolio. Meet targeted objectives within an assigned geography. Follow product training to tailor promotional messages and advise on product selection. Assist in hospital surveys, post-sale implementation, and training to ensure customer adoption and satisfaction. Keep Sales Leaders informed of territory and project progress. Adhere to facility protocols, OSHA guidelines, and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) policies. What You Need Required: Bachelor’s degree. 0-2 years professional experience. Valid driver’s license and good driving record. Preferred: Excellent time management, project management, and customer service skills.
