You would be joining the Seller Experience organization within eBay, focused on end-to-end digital experiences for our sellers to list, sell, and grow a thriving business with eBay. Our product, engineering, and design teams obsess over building best-in-class experiences for our seller community.

The Product Manager of Listing Flows will be responsible for the complete vision and end-to-end execution of an experience across a key product area, including the listings experience for C2C and B2C sellers globally. Develop and champion a data-driven, market-informed product strategy that aligns to eBay’s corporate strategy and delivers tangible outcomes. What You Will Do

Develop a compelling and iterative roadmap and launch plan that supports marketplace growth and seller success metrics Innovate solutions for customers with a focus on mobile-native experiences Collaborate with senior leaders across product, design, technology, analytics, marketing, operations, sales, and strategy to align plans Listen to end-users and feed their voice into product development; leverage design and research partnerships to gather insights throughout the product lifecycle; build processes for continuous improvements Create connections and processes across teams to drive cross-team collaboration and clear alignment Deliver with speed and clarity, maintaining a "decide and go" mentality to prioritize and propel the process forward Partner with Program Management to handle blockers and communicate dates and achievements Strive to improve experiences and raise the bar on quality What You Will Accomplish

5+ years of experience building products with deep expertise in customer-focused product management Experience handling complex, multi-phase strategic products in parallel, leading matrix teams in a global context Proven track record of products driving significant impact for millions of end users globally Strong analytical mindset with a track record of launching products with measurable global impact Ability to self-serve basic data analysis and work with analytics partners to track, synthesize, and report results Understanding of the product development lifecycle from planning to deployment; experience with Agile/Scrum and cross-functional teams Experience working with design research and qualitative tools Strong, concise communication and storytelling; ability to articulate vision and strategy using analytics and qualitative research Technical depth and experience building mobile app experiences is preferred The base pay range for this position is expected to be 120,000 - $165,000. Base pay offered may vary depending on location, skills, and experience. The total compensation package may include a target bonus and restricted stock units, plus a full range of benefits (including 401(k) eligibility and various PTO/ parental leave). Details will be provided with an offer.
