DDS/DMD Degree: Active and unrestricted license in the state of Wisconsin. Dedication to Excellence: Passion for patient-centered care and building trust. Commitment to Continuous Learning: Desire to expand clinical skills with ongoing professional growth. Credentialing with Dental Insurance Plans: Ability to credential with various insurance plans. Physical Requirements
Essential Duties: Ability to perform essential duties with or without reasonable accommodation. Versatility in Sitting and Standing: Prolonged sitting and standing as part of daily practice. Physical Stamina: Ability to lift and carry up to 45 pounds when necessary. Training: Availability for periodic virtual (or in-person) training throughout the year. TB Testing: A tuberculosis test is required for all new hires in dental office positions (not applicable in FL & TN).
