Overview
Join our team as the General Manager at our upcoming acquisition in Indian Wells, CA. This leadership role centers on inspiring and transforming an entire property, driving guest satisfaction, and achieving operational and financial success for the hotel.
Salary:
$130,000 - $140,000 Your Role As the General Manager, you will be the driving force behind the hotel’s daily operations, sales strategies, and financial performance. Key responsibilities include: Lead daily operations across all departments to ensure seamless service and high guest satisfaction. Drive revenue growth through effective sales strategies and cost control; participate in on-site sales activities and client relations. Generate and prepare budgets and financial reports for corporate and ownership groups. Participate in ownership calls to review budget and P&Ls. Ensure compliance with brand and corporate standards. Address guest concerns and maintain a high level of satisfaction. Manage and mentor department leaders and team members. Support recruitment, training, and development of hotel staff. Conduct regular property inspections to maintain quality and safety. Oversee preventive maintenance and deep cleaning programs. Collaborate with Accounting on AR/AP, payroll, month-end, and related processes. Other duties as assigned. What We’re Looking For 5+ years of progressive experience in hotel operations. Leadership experience is required. High school diploma or equivalent required; a 2- to 4-year college degree is preferred. Financial acumen, including budgeting and P&L management.
