Summary : The Associate Director of Safety Training, Compliance, and Program Development is tasked with the creation, maintenance, updating, filing, and implementation of all essential training programs, as well as, assisting with the development of the overall Health and Safety program. Essential Job Function & Responsibilities : Development and implementation of safety training programs. Develop and implement the Qualified Electrical Worker Program for the organization. Conduct regular audits of training records and documentation to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements. Manage the training calendar and ensure timely completion of all required training. Provide comprehensive support for safety training initiatives. Proactively communicate with field personnel to address any training-related issues or concerns. Work in tandem with the operations teams to identify areas for enhancement in safety training processes and procedures. Assist in developing, reviewing, and approving safety processes. Design and coordinate the safety assurance program. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry standards, trends, and best practices in safety training. Required Qualifications : Minimum of 10 years of experience in training and field compliance. Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience is preferred. Strong understanding of Electrical Safety Standards (OHSA, NFPA 70E). Strong understanding of training and compliance process and procedures. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, Powerpoint, Outlook and other software applications. Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
