Preparing or directing the preparation of design documents, system layouts, drawings, schematics, and specifications for Hyperscale Data Centers. Leading project and design efforts from concept design through completion. Reviewing shop drawings for conformance to plans and specifications. Researching and making recommendations on the feasibility of systems or equipment. Evaluating products for their application. Producing solutions to complex engineering problems and design challenges, through direct involvement or advisory capacity. Ensuring production of drawings, specifications, reports, and analyses meet scope, schedule, cost, and quality requirements. Mentoring less experienced designers and engineers with technical guidance. Directing activities of technical and administrative staff as needed. Continuously developing personal knowledge and that of others. Supporting Technical Managers and Directors in establishing goals, policies, objectives, and standards at practice/sector levels. Developing tools, resources, and company practices; implementing design and engineering standards at team or practice levels. Overseeing project and design quality through reviews and regular check-ins; possibly providing final reviews for projects under purview. Building and maintaining relationships with strategic partners and customers to expand business opportunities. Participating in client, company, and industry events to maintain professional relationships; fostering a client-centric mindset. Communicating with clients for requirements and scope of work; maintaining proactive communication throughout the project cycle. Answering client and architect questions; directing fact-finding and assisting with responses; site visits to verify conditions and observe construction progress. Resolving conflicts among owners, architects, and contractors as needed. Performing a range of project management responsibilities in collaboration with experienced project managers. Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in a relevant engineering field (mechanical, electrical, fire protection, or architectural) and 15 years of relevant experience, or commensurate experience in lieu of degree. High School Diploma or GED required. Advanced knowledge of engineering design, A&E industry codes, design guides, and standards for a broad range of practices/projects (required). Knowledge of earned value, contracts, and construction processes and methods (required). Proficiency in Revit and Bluebeam Revu (required). Professional Engineering (PE) license highly preferred. FE exam, LEED and/or WELL accreditation highly preferred. High technical aptitude with ability to learn, understand, and use various systems and processes. Ability to train others on systems and processes; strong verbal and written communication skills. Effective critical thinking and problem-solving skills; team-oriented with ability to collaborate on projects and lead less experienced designers. Adaptability to changing work environments and priorities; ability to prioritize and execute multiple tasks in a dynamic environment. Ability to give and receive constructive feedback and adapt to coaching. Culture & Benefits
