Analyzes and interprets laboratory results in accordance with established laboratory work processes.
Establishes a quality control program appropriate for the testing performed, and establishes the parameters for acceptable levels of analytic performance ensuring these levels are maintained throughout the entire testing process from the initial receipt of the specimen, through sample analysis and reporting of test results.

Bachelor’s degree in biological or chemical sciences, as defined by CLIA. Minimum of five (5) years at a moderate or high complexity laboratory. American Society for Clinical Pathology (ASCP), or National Credentialing Agency for Laboratory Personnel (NCA) or Clinical Laboratory Scientist (CLS), or equivalent required.
