Minimum – Anticipated Maximum Base Salary: $110,600 – $139,300 / year In addition to base salary, we offer an annual bonus plan based on company and individual performance, or a role-based, uncapped sales incentive plan. The advertised pay range represents what we believe at the time of this job posting, that we would be willing to pay for this position. Only in special circumstances, where a candidate has education, training, or experience that far exceeds the requirements for the position, would we consider paying higher than the stated range. Develop and manage all vendor relationships; project manage as needed Hire, train, and develop management team to provide an optimal experience for guests and team members Determine and control staffing levels while maintaining guest service levels Make operational recommendations and establish prices for products and services within approved budget Maintain proper safety and sanitation procedures; ensure proper repair and maintenance of foodservice equipment Ensure compliance with all regulations regarding sale of alcohol, OSHA, payroll, employment, and EEO guidelines Verify, prepare, and submit reports and monthly projections More About You
Minimum of 5 years of management experience in the contract food service industry, including concessions and retail in a sports venue Extensive sustainability experience Bachelor’s degree in business management or similar Ability to communicate with various levels within the organization Operational financial management accountability and budgeting experience Shift Details
