Intuit is undertaking a Finance Transformation - a high-profile, cross-functional initiative to define and create the future of Finance at Intuit. Overview

Reporting to the Vice President of Finance Digital Acceleration, Transformation and Governance, this Director will play a critical role in transforming the systems and processes that enable Intuit’s Finance organization. This leader will serve as the business owner of Intuit’s core Finance platforms — including Oracle ERP and other tools that support Accounting, Treasury, Tax, and operational finance — while co-owning the systems roadmap and delivery in partnership with the Technology teams that support Finance. Responsibilities

Serve as business owner of core Finance systems, including Oracle ERP and adjacent Accounting and operational finance platforms Co-own the Finance systems roadmap in partnership with Technology teams that support Finance Partner with FP&A systems owners to align capabilities, integrate processes, and enable forecasting, reporting, and planning excellence Drive process simplification and capability definition to deliver scalable solutions across close, consolidation, compliance, and operations Lead Finance’s stewardship of master data and metric governance in partnership with data and analytics stakeholders Qualifications

10+ years of experience working across Finance systems and processes, including ERP (e.g., Oracle), FP&A tools (e.g., EPM, reporting/forecasting), and related technologies. Deep understanding of Finance process areas (e.g., Record to Report, Plan to Forecast, Tax, Treasury) and the enabling role of systems and data in delivering business outcomes. Demonstrated ability to align system architecture and business capabilities to strategic priorities through strong cross-functional collaboration. Experience leading through influence in matrixed environments, ideally with exposure to mission-based or transformation teams.
