IT Business Capabilities Director - Finance at Prologis. Role partners with the Finance business and IT teams to design and deliver technology and data initiatives across the finance technology ecosystem, including ERP, planning/modeling platforms, financial close and consolidation tools, treasury systems, tax and compliance tools, and more. As part of the IT Capital Deployment, Strategic Capital, and Finance Business Capability Engineering team, you will co-lead initiative discovery with the Finance Product Owner and lead delivery (design, documentation, and implementation) of solutions that align business needs with scalable technology. Key Responsibilities

Co-lead discovery & planning workshops with the Finance Product Owner and stakeholders across finance areas (accounting, FP&A, tax, treasury, risk, audit, investor relations, capital markets). Challenge assumptions and advocate for scalable, sustainable technology approaches. Document current and future processes, system requirements, data flows, and internal controls with Finance SMEs. Oversee creation of comprehensive system and data documentation aligned to business needs. Translate complex financial workflows into scalable solutions integrating across ERP, forecasting & modeling tools, data management platforms, the data lake, and analytics systems. Own end-to-end delivery of Finance technology initiatives, partnering with internal IT teams and leading external vendors through discovery, configuration/development, testing, and implementation. Support the Finance Product Owner and stakeholders to align the technology roadmap with business goals and execution plans. Build trusted stakeholder relationships and deliver technology-enabled solutions that achieve business objectives. Required

8–15 years of experience in finance technology transformation roles, corporate finance systems strategy, or consulting. Experience across the finance technology ecosystem and understanding of finance system interconnections. Proven experience leading discovery and implementation of financial systems as part of transformation programs. Strong business acumen in FP&A, accounting, treasury, risk, audit, and capital markets. Ability to operate strategically and tactically with strong documentation and solution design skills. Excellent stakeholder management; capable of engaging senior finance and technology leaders and an execution team of developers and testers. Advanced communication and presentation abilities; experience leading workshops and producing artifacts for executive reporting. Ability to balance functional detail with big-picture vision and influence IT and Finance leaders. Strong documentation discipline and repeatable methods to support sustainable platform operation. Collaborative across Finance, IT, vendors, and external partners. Experience operating in a product owner and design-authority model with clear separation of finance product ownership and IT technical ownership. Preferred

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field; MBA, CPA or PMP a plus. Experience in real estate or logistics finance environments. Experience with tools such as PeopleSoft, Oracle Cloud ERP, Oracle EPM, Anaplan, OneStream, Pigment, CashForce, FIS, Snowflake, Dataiku, Tableau, Sigma Reporting, JIRA/Atlassian. Exposure to multi-system integration across global finance shared services. Experience building Centers of Excellence or capability frameworks in finance transformations. Exposure to AI or GenAI initiatives in finance use cases or data automation. Experience with financial reporting & analytics, data governance, data lineage, and master data frameworks. Salary range: $124,000 - $201,000; total compensation to be determined by location, education, experience, knowledge, skills, and internal equity. Employment Details
