Regional Director of Business Development

Join Lunchtime Solutions, Inc. as a Regional Director of Business Development to develop and manage strategic partnerships and grow business. The Regional Director of Business Development will collaborate with cross-functional teams, operations leaders, and the Management team to make an impact in a growing organization and fuel the minds of the future with healthy and nutritious meals daily. Responsibilities

SALES: Responsible for the overall sales growth of the company and increasing company revenue by identifying profitable business opportunities and developing long-term growth strategies. RELATIONSHIP BUILDING: Develop and manage a pipeline of potential new business, develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, and attend conferences to build relationships. STRATEGIC PLANNING: Develop annual new business goals and strategies for the assigned area that align with company objectives. CRM: Master and train others in CRM functions and capabilities, and act as the primary individual responsible for customer and prospect contact information and data. COLLABORATION: Work with many different groups of individuals, internally and externally, to collaborate with cross-functional areas within Lunchtime Solutions for planning and informational purposes. COMMUNICATION & PROJECT MANAGEMENT: Communicate contractual expectations, obligations, performance metrics, and compliance issues to stakeholders. Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree preferred Extensive experience in K-12 business development and not-for-profit school food service preferred Ability to identify and influence decision-makers Strong financial acumen Strong presentation and communication skills Must understand state/government contracting that is funded with state and federal funds This position is a remote position based in our current operating footprint in the states of Iowa, Nebraska, South Dakota, and Missouri, with travel required based on business needs.
