Collect, verify, and analyze all documents related to the company’s economic, fiscal, and financial activities (accounting and tax returns, reports, balance sheets, profit and loss statements, etc.) in order to establish the consolidation scope together with the company. Responsible for preparing the consolidated accounting and budgetary statements. This involves analyzing the consolidated statements with the obtained results, and then integrating the consolidation restatement entries in accordance with current compliance standards. Provides auditors and management with annual reports and justifications. Maintain general ledger (GL) accounts by reconciling accounts receivable and control accounts. Adjust entries for prepaid amortizations, analyze and reconcile retainage and accounts payable ledgers, prepare fixed asset depreciation and accruals. Prepare financial records for the company by analyzing and inputting information in the balance sheet and general ledger accounts. Support external audit process following IFRS and US GAAP and preparing financial and supplemental reports as needed. Manage SAP FI/CO module data and continuously monitor as needed. Actively involved in the month, quarter, and annual closing financial process and support corporative schedules in a timely manner. Set up annual expense budget plan, analyze monthly variance and report as needed. Manage credit limit for customers by working with operations team and communicate with insurance companies and headquarters in Korea. Participate in internal audits to ensure compliance (US SOX) Correct errors by posting adjusted journal entries. Manage all documentations that are generated by finance and accounting activities. Collaboration with other departments in overall financial works to gather data. Secure financial information by completing database backups and maintain accounting controls by following company policies and procedures, in compliance with federal, state and local financial legal requirements. Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration. Minimum of 2 years of relevant work experience in general ledger accounting or financial reporting. Solid understanding of accounting principles, financial statements, and reporting standards. Experience with SAP FI/CO is highly preferred. Familiarity with IFRS, US GAAP, and SOX compliance. Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills. Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other financial software tools. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. We participate in E-Verify.
