Position Overview

We are seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented Senior FP&A Analyst to join our finance team at Zones. This role will play a critical part in driving strategic business decisions, financial planning, and operational excellence across the organization. To be successful in this role, the Senior FP&A Analyst must be a critical thinker, skilled communicator, and collaborative partner who can deliver clear financial insights to both finance and non-finance stakeholders. Responsibilities

Prepare and support materials for executive reporting, including C-suite and Board of Directors with clear, data-driven insights Develop and implement financial reporting and forecasting processes for monthly, quarterly, and annual deliverables, including variance analysis, KPI tracking, and performance metrics. Partner with leadership to develop and maintain company-wide financial models, forecasts, budgets, and proformas Serve as a strategic thought partner to leadership, recommending initiatives to improve profitability and efficiency Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, Product, Operations, and Accounting to align financial and operational goals Identify and streamline processes, drive standardization and build scalable solutions to support our next phase of elevated growth and scale Leverage BI tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) to deliver dynamic dashboards and enhance reporting accuracy Continuously improve the accuracy and integrity of financial data, reporting systems, and performance management processes Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or related field 5+ years of progressive experience in FP&A and/or corporate finance or related field (preferably in tech or IT solutions) General knowledge of accounting, financial, operational and budgeting principles Proven experience in analysis, modeling, and reporting financial performance, with a strong sense of curiosity Advance computer skills including Excel and PowerPoint Ability to independently develop processes and deliverables from general direction Attention to detail, data integrity and accuracy Proven ability to work cross-functionally and influence decision-making Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities Passion for data-driven decision-making and strategic impact Preferred Qualifications
