Position Summary The College of Dentistry is the largest oral health college in the State of Illinois, provides care for 35,000 patients a year, and has over 500 students seeking dental degrees including DMD, PhD and Master’s programs. Duties & Responsibilities
The faculty member will have clinical, research, teaching and service obligations. These responsibilities include direct and indirect involvement in the post-doctoral and pre-doctoral specialty educational programs for DMD and Advanced Standing students, as well as postgraduate residents in the College of Dentistry’s Department of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery (OMFS). Minimum Qualifications Minimum qualifications include Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS)/Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD) and a MD degree, and fellowship training in head and neck oncology/microvascular reconstruction required.
