Company Summary: We are currently partnered with a high performing, rapidly growing, specialty boutique Investment Bank based in Washington, DC. This firm focuses on the FIG sector and has seen continuous success in this space. They are now looking to add an Investment Banking Director or Managing Director to their active team to assist in expanding the firm.
The Investment Banking Director will be responsible for:
Driving the origination of new business opportunities within the FIG sector, ensuring consistent deal flow and growth of the firm's client base.
Leading and managing the full lifecycle of transactions, including structuring, negotiation, and execution of complex FIG deals.
Serving as the primary point of contact for existing and potential clients, understanding their needs and ensuring the delivery of high-quality service.
Maintaining a deep understanding of FIG market trends, regulatory changes, and emerging opportunities, ensuring the firm stays ahead of industry developments.
Leading, mentoring, and developing junior bankers, providing guidance on transaction execution, client management, and professional growth.
Fostering a collaborative and high-performance team culture, ensuring the effective execution of complex FIG deals.
Preparing and delivering high-quality presentations and pitch materials to prospective clients, showcasing the firm's capabilities and expertise in the FIG sector.
The Investment Banking Director should have:
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or related field.
8+ Years of experience in Investment Banking, preferably in the FIG sector.
Proven track record of successfully closing M&A and Capital Markets transactions.
A book of business in the FIG, Depositories, Specialty Finance, Asset & Wealth Management,
Base pay range: $200,000.00/yr - $250,000.00/yr
