Senior Associate
to join its
Financial Institutions Group (FIG) M&A team
in
New York City . This is an opportunity to work on complex, high-profile transactions across the banking, insurance, asset/wealth management, fintech, and specialty finance sectors. Key Responsibilities: Lead execution of M&A transactions across various FIG verticals, including preparing marketing materials, managing due diligence, and coordinating with clients, legal counsel, and internal teams Develop and maintain financial models, valuation analyses, and strategic presentations Drive deal execution processes and oversee junior team members Conduct in-depth industry and company research to support business development and client coverage Interface directly with clients, presenting insights and transaction updates Contribute to origination efforts including pitch book development and idea generation Qualifications: 4–6 years of experience in investment banking, ideally within FIG or related sectors Proven transaction execution experience in M&A Strong analytical and financial modeling skills Highly organised, with the ability to manage multiple workstreams and tight deadlines Excellent communication and leadership skills Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or CFA a plus, but not mandatory
