AI Business Solution – Sr Product Marketing Manager for SME&C Growth. Microsoft is evolving its go-to-market approach to support Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs) through its partner ecosystem. The Strategy Lead - AI, Growth & Devices Ecosystem team scales AI Business Solutions across the SME&C landscape, driving transformation through offer development, go-to-market strategy, strategic partnerships, and innovative business models. Lead the strategy and execution of promotions and targeted offers for Microsoft 365, Microsoft 365 Copilot, and Dynamics 365 to drive growth in the SME&C segment. Design and launch offers tailored to specific customer cohorts, collaborating with product, field, and partner teams. Drive enablement and landing campaigns; accelerate customer acquisition and upsell opportunities through understanding licensing status and adoption stages. Develop and implement CSP promo and offer strategy for targeted customer cohorts. Manage customer targeting guidance, partner eligibility, onboarding, landing, and performance tracking. Develop ABS targeted offer partner enablement strategy and create content for partner briefings and enablement events. Serve as a liaison between field, partner marketing, and product teams. Qualifications

Required/minimum qualifications

Master's Degree in Marketing, Computer Science, Business or related field AND 3+ years experience in business OR Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Computer Science, Business or related field AND 5+ years experience in business OR equivalent experience. Highly analytical and proficient in Microsoft Excel, SQL Server, and Power BI reporting tools. Effective written and verbal communicator with compelling storytelling and presentation skills. Experience presenting to leadership and all audiences, delivering messages with actionable clarity. Demonstrated ability to synthesize feedback and translate into actionable outcomes. Additional or Preferred Qualifications

Master's Degree in Marketing, Computer Science, Business or related field AND 6+ years experience in business OR Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Computer Science, Business or related field AND 8+ years experience in business OR equivalent experience. Familiarity with Microsoft’s Cloud Solution Provider program. Collaborator on complex multi-faceted issues across multiple groups, with ability to establish relationships for the right business outcomes. Ability to move others across organizational boundaries to achieve outcomes when ownership is unclear. Salary and location

Product Marketing IC4 – The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $106,400 - $203,600 per year. There is a different range for the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area: USD $137,600 - $222,600 per year. Some roles may be eligible for benefits and other compensation.
