We are seeking a talented and motivated digital product manager to join the Morgan Stanley Wealth Management Digital Client Experience & Platforms team. The team defines and drives the online and mobile experiences for Morgan Stanley and E*TRADE clients. In the Business Analyst role, you will inform direction and contribute to the creation and ongoing success of the latest digital solutions for our clients. The role focuses on defining and creating exceptional portfolio experiences for Morgan Stanley and E*TRADE clients on the unified digital platform. You will be part of a dynamic team responsible for delivering the digital client-facing experience for all digital platforms, including Morgan Stanley Online/Mobile, Shareworks and E*TRADE. Strong performing individuals will be supported in further professional development. Responsibilities
Support Fleet and Product Owner with definition and prioritization of product roadmap, release planning, and development and communication of business requirements Identify and elaborate on critical user journeys, use cases, workflows, and business processes that align with the product vision/goals Build and maintain a prioritized product backlog; identify, groom, and validate epics and user stories for agile sprints; support backlog refinement and sprint planning ceremonies Work closely with the technology team to ensure effective communication of requirements and rapid delivery of key product releases Collaborate with stakeholders from business, technology, UX, risk, cyber & fraud, communications, legal & compliance to elicit requirements Prepare presentations, user demos, and status updates Gather, organize, and assimilate internal and external feedback to identify and prioritize product gaps, enhancements, and new features Collaborate with UI/UX team to develop information/interaction architecture, user flows, wireframes, and visual design comps Coordinate with program management to organize and plan product releases Define and track KPIs and product/adoption metrics and advocate for adoption Qualifications
5+ years of experience as software or digital product manager, business analyst, or equivalent in an agile/scrum environment Proficient at defining, analyzing, documenting, and communicating product requirements in an agile setting Strong analytical, synthesis, and problem-solving abilities; able to turn information into actionable requirements Self-starter with entrepreneurial drive and ability to solve critical problems and hit goals Data-driven with experience using data to measure performance and identify opportunities Experience with UI/UX collaboration to deliver client-friendly products Understanding of web and mobile technologies; strong written and verbal communication skills Ability to manage multiple projects under deadlines Bachelor’s degree required Wealth management and online brokerage/banking knowledge preferred Series 7 and Series 24 licenses preferred but not required Track record of delivering innovative fintech/digital products preferred What You Can Expect From Morgan Stanley
