The Manager/Senior Manager, US Communications will develop and manage tactics aligned with the brand's influencer strategy to increase brand awareness. This includes expanding influencer relationships across existing and emerging platforms, targeting new influencer categories, and collaborating cross-functionally on events, mailings, paid content and retailer moments. The role relies on relationships and analytics to inform tactics and meet goals and KPIs. The ideal candidate will be adept at building relationships, an expert in social media, and passionate about making Drunk Elephant a buzzed-about skincare brand. Responsibilities
Earned: foster strategic relationships with influencers and agents, research emerging platforms, expand influencer categories beyond traditional beauty influencers, partner with trade marketing and retailers to engage retailer-specific influencers. Paid: act as subject matter expert on paid content, collaborate with Global/US Marketing, Paid Media and Social Media to ensure cohesive messaging, negotiate contracts for paid opportunities, develop holistic paid/earned strategy. Events: develop influencer activations with Global Communications to support launch moments and maintain momentum during non-launch periods. Reporting: establish KPIs, analyze Tribe reporting to identify opportunities, track trends, and communicate notable trends and emerging platforms to executives; prepare paid tactic reporting. Forecasting and Budget: develop annual product forecasts and track budgets. Administrative Support: create engaging multi-media presentations for global brand meetings and help improve departmental efficiencies with new processes. Qualifications
5-8 years of experience in Influencer Engagement, Communications/PR and/or Social Media Experience with influencer management platforms (e.g., Tribe Dynamics) and Microsoft Office Passion for beauty, fluency in social media platforms and trends What We Can Offer You
