About the Role
As an
Infrastructure Segment Relationship Manager , you are responsible for ensuring that the Infrastructure Support and Services delivered to your assigned business segment(s) meet their needs across Financial, Service Excellence, Audit, Control, and Innovation areas. You report to the AVP – Service Management and work closely with your designated business segment. In this role, you are expected to take proactive ownership of your responsibilities and drive meaningful results for your business partners. To succeed, you must maintain a high standard of service delivery and build strong partnerships across Business, Outsourcers, and Infrastructure Governance teams. Key Responsibilities: Manage Costs:
Help your business partners make cost-effective infrastructure decisions and lead monthly financial reviews to identify savings.
Deliver Service Excellence:
Own infrastructure projects from start to finish, resolve service issues quickly, and promote a service-first culture across teams. Serves as accountable party for ensuring service delivery deficiencies are resolved in a timely manner and drive a service oriented culture across the Supplier and retained Infrastructure organizations
Drive Innovation:
Look for new ways to improve infrastructure processes and technology based on business needs.
Ensure Compliance:
Liaison for infrastructure related activities to the business unit/segment. Areas focusing on but not limited to: Demand Management, Change Management, Release Management, Incident Management, Problem Management, Performance Management, Capacity Planning, Backup, Recovery, and Disaster Recovery Ensure alignment with IT policies and managing processes like change, incident, and disaster recovery.
Build Partnerships:
Become a trusted advisor to your business partners, lead service review meetings, and coordinate with outsourcing and governance teams to meet shared goals. Negotiate approval and commitment of EVEREST resources through formal processes Leverage the broader Infrastructure Governance organization to deliver business value
Qualifications: 8+ years of IT infrastructure experience with strong project management skills. Solid background in ITIL (Incident, Problem, Change Management) and Agile Delivery Management (ADM). Strong understanding and commitment to service delivery process through partnership with business unit leadership, architecture, Security and Infrastructure teams. Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills. Ability to influence a broad set of stakeholders with strong analytical and problem solving skills The base salary range for this position is $134,000 - $155,000 annually. The offered rate of compensation will be based on individual education, experience, qualifications and work location.
