We’re looking for a marketer who sits at the intersection of growth, brand, product, and operations to develop integrated marketing strategies for our consumer business at DoorDash. The integrated marketing team translates business goals into marketing strategies and acts as the general manager across the organization to bring those strategies to market. About The Role The Consumer Integrated Marketing team is looking for a strategic, entrepreneurial, and data-driven marketer to grow DoorDash\'s Marketplace. You\'ll join the Going Out team, focused on building millions of in-person connections between Merchants and Consumers by driving in-store sales. As the Growth Marketing Manager for Going Out, you will define strategy to test and launch new Going Out features and drive ongoing engagement with current Going Out customers. You will collaborate with product management and operations to build our marketing strategy, own campaigns to drive conversion, and represent the voice of the customer to improve the product. You\'re Excited About This Opportunity Because You Will… Operate as CMO of one of DoorDash\'s nascent, high-potential bets. Act as the voice of the customer, deeply understanding top pain points and serving as a go-to marketing expert. Experience the pace of a start-up team with the backing of a Fortune 500 company. Roll up your sleeves to handle everything from CX research briefs to goal setting, impact reporting, and presenting to executives. Lead cross-functionally within marketing to bring strategy to life across paid, owned, earned, and in-app channels. Collaborate with product, strategy/operations, analytics, and finance to develop integrated strategies and report outcomes to leadership. Track primary metrics and report progress to the organization and senior leaders. Stay current on marketing best practices, cultural trends, and the competitive landscape. We\'re Excited About You Because You Have… 6+ years of professional marketing experience in corporate or startup environments. Fluency across the marketing mix and understanding of its role across the funnel. B2C marketing experience. Strong ability to connect with people, build relationships, and influence without authority. Strategic, business-minded with data-driven insights and audience-first thinking. Creative and collaborative orientation; enjoy solving challenging problems with a team. Bias for action; dependable, self-motivated, and capable of multi-tasking. Proven track record of driving and measuring business success through marketing. Bachelor’s degree required; MBA preferred. Experience with campaign experimentation (A/B, multivariate tests). We expect this position to be filled by 12/1/2025. Compensation & Benefits Base salary is localized by location; the U.S. base pay range is $129,200—$190,000. Eligible for equity grants.
