The Position: A premium national law firm is seeking an Associate Attorney to join its renowned Corporate practice group in their dominant Detroit office. The position provides a competitive salary package alongside extensive mentorship from senior partners. Requirements of the Role: A minimum of two years’ of law firm experience. Experience drafting documents for mergers and acquisitions and conducting detailed due diligence. Experience advising on a wide range of corporate, joint venture and commercial transactions. Excellent academic background, superior organisational, drafting, and analytical skills, and outstanding interpersonal abilities. Understanding of corporate law matters, including M&A, private equity, corporate governance, and emerging growth companies. Proven transaction management ability.
