The Key Account Manager – Amazon will own and grow our direct-to-consumer (D2C) sales channel on Amazon. This role is responsible for developing strategies, managing daily operations, and driving revenue performance for our Amazon storefront. The ideal candidate combines strong account management skills with hands-on marketplace expertise to maximize sales, profitability, and brand presence. This position is responsible for domestic and global Amazon. Key Responsibilities

Account Management & Sales Growth: Serve as the primary owner of the Amazon account, managing day-to-day performance and long-term growth strategy. Drive revenue and profitability through effective pricing, promotions, and assortment strategies. Develop and execute account plans to achieve sales targets and market share goals. Build and maintain strong relationships with Amazon vendor/merchant teams. Marketplace Operations: Oversee product catalog management, including listings, A+ content, storefront, and product detail page optimization. Manage Amazon Advertising campaigns (Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, DSP) to maximize ROI. Monitor account health metrics, compliance, and customer feedback. Coordinate inventory management and fulfillment strategies (FBA, FBM, 3PL), ensuring availability and minimizing chargebacks. Analytics & Reporting: Analyze performance data, sales trends, and KPIs to inform decision-making. Conduct competitive analysis and recommend actions to improve ranking, conversion, and share of voice. Provide regular reporting and insights to leadership on account performance. Collaboration & Alignment: Partner with internal teams (marketing, operations, finance, product) to align strategies and support account success. Coordinate cross-functional initiatives such as product launches, seasonal campaigns, and promotional planning. Qualifications

Required: 3–5 years of experience in Amazon account management (Vendor Central, Seller Central, or hybrid). Proven track record of growing D2C sales and achieving revenue goals on Amazon. Hands-on expertise in Amazon Advertising, catalog management, and promotional tools. Strong analytical skills with experience in MS Excel, analytics dashboards, or BI tools. Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills. Preferred: Experience managing additional marketplaces (Walmart, Target Plus, eBay, Shopify). Knowledge of supply chain, logistics, and fulfillment strategies (FBA/FBM). Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, or related field. Key Competencies
