We offer a small company culture with big company reach and results. What You'll Do: Provide integrated architecture support for delivery teams and act as a trusted advisor to clients. Design and integrate cutting-edge Appian solutions into clients' architecture. Lead implementation teams through complex technical solutions with Appian and tangential technologies Support design, development, and test activities Guide clients on architecture design, configuration management, DevSecOps, and other program initiatives Ensure solutions are built for scale and performance Create and document implementation best practices and knowledge base articles Provide thought leadership on process improvement Support internal solutions, infrastructure, and tools Mentorship, training, and enablement of resources Required Qualifications:
3+ years of experience with Appian solutions 5+ years of related IT experience Bachelor's Degree (or equivalent) or higher in Computer Science, Information Systems, Systems Engineering, or related area Active Appian Senior or Lead Certification Strong experience with Appian delivery using an Agile methodology Strong technical design and implementation and problem-solving skills Strong communication skills and ability to convey complex concepts Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to work in a high-paced environment Hybrid position (on-site McLean VA / remote) Must be a U.S. Citizen (no dual citizenship) Possess an Active Clearance or candidate must be clearable Experience Working In The Following Technologies Required:
Appian RDBMS (e.g. Oracle, SQL Server, MySQL/MariaDB) Web services, Integrations and Middleware (e.g., RESTful/SOAP, Mule/IIB/Fusion) Experience Working In The Following Areas Is A PLUS:
Cloud Computing/IaaS (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) Authentication (e.g., SAML, Kerberos, OAuth, LDAP) Data management and data visualization/BI DevSecOps and/or Configuration Management Machine Learning, Artificial Intelligence What We Offer:
