Corporate or Corporate/Litigation Paralegal
Major, Lindsey & Africa’s Interim Legal Talent group has an immediate need for a corporate or corporate/litigation paralegal to assist with regulatory work. Overview : Client is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive regulatory paralegal to join the legal team. This role is ideal for candidates with a background in corporate law, litigation, or a hybrid of both, especially those with experience handling administrative and regulatory matters. The position involves significant interaction with internal stakeholders and external regulatory bodies, making strong communication and project management skills essential. Key Details : 5+ years of experience, on-site in Seattle, WA, $60/hour. Responsibilities Include: Support regulatory filings, audits, and responses to government inquiries Track and manage deadlines for regulatory submissions and renewals Support internal audits and regulatory inspections Maintain organized records of regulatory correspondence and filings Draft and review routine legal documents, including corporate resolutions and compliance reports Coordinate with internal departments and outside counsel Qualifications Include: Minimum of 5 years of paralegal experience, either in-house or at a law firm 3+ years of experience in a corporate, litigation, or hybrid paralegal role preferred Strong organizational and communication skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities with little guidance Paralegal certification or equivalent legal training Proficiency with legal research tools and document management systems Major, Lindsey & Africa is an equal opportunity employer and does not discriminate against applications on the basis of age, sex, race or any other protected characteristics pursuant to applicable state or federal laws.
