Prestigious Private Equity firm in Boston is looking to add support to their transactional practice supporting 3 attorneys. The Paralegal plays a crucial role in supporting internal counsel with transaction execution, regulatory filings, and entity management, ensuring smooth coordination across associated workstreams. This position involves working closely with various internal business units and external counsel to efficiently gather information, collect signatures, and manage knowledge throughout the transaction phases. Responsibilities
Draft and review key corporate closing documents, such as resolutions and officer certificates. Coordinate deliverables for transaction signings and closings. Provide ongoing support to portfolio companies. Support internal counsel with transaction execution, regulatory filings, and entity management; ensure coordination across associated workstreams and effective information gathering and signature collection. Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree required. At least 5 years’ experience as a paralegal assisting with M&A work at a nationally recognized law firm, or supporting corporate/transactional work at a private equity firm. Strong analytical, project management, and leadership skills; ability to interact with personnel from all levels of the organization. Seniority level
