Tax Manager
to join our client's growing team! This is a key leadership role designed for an experienced CPA who is passionate about supporting high-net-worth individuals, business owners, estates, trusts, and complex entities. Why This Role? Key Responsibilities: Manage client engagements, including preparation and review of complex tax returns for individuals, corporations, trusts, and partnerships. Lead and mentor staff, providing technical guidance and performance feedback. Conduct tax research and provide proactive planning strategies. Develop and maintain strong client relationships, offering strategic advisory services. Participate in business development efforts, representing the firm in the community. Ensure work meets firm standards for accuracy, timeliness, and client satisfaction. Qualifications: 5–7+ years of public accounting tax experience, with a strong focus on individual and corporate taxation. CPA license required. Proven track record in client management and team leadership. Excellent organizational, communication, and time management skills. Entrepreneurial mindset with a commitment to professional excellence. Flexible hours and hybrid schedule. Medical, dental, and vision insurance (eligible after 60 days). 401(k) with employer match. 2 weeks PTO + 1 week sick time (increases to 3 weeks PTO at manager level). 10 paid holidays.
