Wiring Design Engineer (Experienced or Senior)

Our teams are currently hiring for a broad range of experience levels, including Experienced and Senior Wiring Design Engineers, in Everett, WA, and Renton, WA. Position Responsibilities: Develop and maintain electrical wire harness detail, assembly, and installation designs for our diverse portfolio of advanced Commercial Aircraft. Develop and analyze engineering design disposition on discrepancies (e.g., rejection tags, production action requests, and shop revision requests). Follow and look for improvements to documented processes, specifications, and procedures that support safe and quality design and manufacture of electrical commodities. Work with and under general supervision of a lead engineer and an expert mentor to enhance both your technical learning and career growth. Work Authorization:
The position must meet Export Control compliance requirements, therefore a “US Person” as defined by 22 C.F.R. 120.15 is required. Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience): Bachelor of Science degree from an accredited course of study in engineering, engineering technology, chemistry, physics, mathematics, data science, or computer science. 3+ years of experience with wire harness, electrical, and/or mechanical design. Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience): 5+ years of related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience. 3+ years of experience using wire design tools such as WIRS, MAPPER, CADDS, and/or Capital Logic.
