Physician – Clinical Faculty, Radiation Oncologist-GU (Open Rank/Track Faculty) The Ohio State University, Department of Radiation Oncology at The Ohio State University Wexner Medical Center – Comprehensive Cancer Center – Arthur G. James Cancer Hospital and Richard J. Solove Institute (OSUCCC-James) is seeking a sub-specialized GU radiation oncologist. Academic rank and track commensurate with academic record and experience. Position Overview

The Physician provides licensed medical care including diagnosis, treatment (inclusive of surgery or pre/post-surgical care where appropriate), case management and clinical research. The Physician manages complex and sometimes unpredictable situations and must be competent in technical, clinical and surgical skills (where appropriate), cognitive and interpersonal skills required to serve patients. The Physician is expected to practice within the established Medical Center standards and adhere to key results areas of the Medical Center. Department/Division Overview

The James Department of Radiation Oncology offers advanced, cutting-edge treatments with state-of-the-art technologies, clinical and translational research, and an internationally acclaimed team of physicians. Our department provides advanced personalized radiation oncology care to cancer patients and is part of OSUCCC – James. We provide a full continuum of GU cancer care from prevention through treatment at Main Campus and James Outpatient Care. The team includes 6 GU radiation oncologists and a robust clinical support team (4 Advanced Practice Providers and 4 RNs) dedicated to GU cancer treatments, with therapists, dosimetrists and physics teams focused on GU care. Job Requirements

MD or DO; successful completion of an accredited residency and Board Certified or eligible for certification by the American Board of Radiology. Must possess or be eligible for licensure in the State of Ohio. How To Apply
