About the Facility Location The facility is located outside of Fort Worth, Texas. About the Clinician's Workday The shift times are 7:00am - 7:00pm and 7:00pm - 7:00am. There will be 10 - 15 shifts per month. The EMR system is Medhost. Travel, lodging, and malpractice will be covered. The support staff consists of APPs.
