Applies and modifies the principles, methods, and techniques of medicine to provide primary patient care. Works closely with the Practice Administrator and Case Manager to ensure comprehensive delivery of services and quality patient care. Cooperates with management to help achieve company objectives and deliver quality care to patients. Provide medical treatment to patients. Chart all patient interactions in accordance with company policies and procedures. Work closely with Medical Assistants to ensure regulatory compliance. Collaborate with medical staff to coordinate high-quality medical treatment and client services. Comply with ethical, legal, and professional guidelines and with applicable regulations and corporate policies. Support quality assurance and participate in implementing medical projects and services (e.g., on-site services). Protect clinic assets and participate in problem-solving across departments. Maintain professional development and affiliations as required. Required Qualifications

Doctor of Medicine (M.D.) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (D.O.) from a U.S. accredited institution; licensing to practice medicine in the U.S. (foreign graduate training accepted) Board Certified or Board Eligible in Internal Medicine, Family Medicine, and/or Geriatric Medicine Valid, unrestricted license in the state of employment (or ability to obtain) Active/unrestricted DEA license Active BLS certification Preferred Qualifications

Two years of outpatient experience Active/unrestricted Medicare and Medicaid numbers Experience with Commercial and Medicare Advantage patient management (Value-Based Care) Knowledge of Medicare coverage and guidelines Strong verbal and written communication, attention to detail Knowledge of diagnostic equipment and procedures Good interpersonal skills and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Computer/technology savviness (Microsoft Office, Athena EMR, etc.) Knowledge, Skills, And Abilities

Knowledge of professional medical practices related to treatment and medical policies, regulations, and procedures Knowledge of medical equipment and instruments and safety practices Skill in records management, report writing, and quality assurance Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with patients, staff, and the public Ability to stay calm and respond effectively in emergencies Clear communication with patients, staff, and clients; strong organizational skills The statements above describe the general nature and level of work performed by personnel in this classification and are not exhaustive.
