TYG is partnering with a global leader in expert witness and dispute advisory services to appoint a Director within their growing Expert Services practice. This is a senior leadership opportunity focused on delivering high-quality forensic accounting, damages analysis, and dispute consulting services to top-tier law firms and corporations. Responsibilities
Lead and manage teams delivering expert services across financial disputes, economic damages, forensic accounting, and investigative matters Oversee the development and presentation of expert reports, valuations, and damages analyses across a wide range of litigation and arbitration contexts Serve as a senior advisor to attorneys and clients, providing strategic input and guidance on complex financial issues Contribute to business development by building client relationships, identifying new opportunities, and supporting marketing efforts Supervise, mentor, and develop junior team members across engagements Qualifications
10+ years of experience in forensic accounting, dispute advisory, and expert services, including preparation of expert reports and valuation/damages work Strong academic background in accounting, economics, finance, or statistics; CPA or similar designation preferred Proven ability to manage high-performing teams and deliver engagements on time and to a high standard Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, particularly in client-facing and expert contexts A demonstrated ability to grow client relationships and contribute to the commercial success of a practice Must bring an existing client base or book of business valued at $2M+ annually Seniority level
