We are looking for a
hands-on, outgoing individual
to join our team as a
Simulator Technician & Brand Ambassador . This role involves
assembling and transporting
a motorsports racing simulator and providing
on-site support and guest interaction
during live events. You'll work both behind the scenes (setup/transport) and front-of-house (guest engagement), making this a dynamic role perfect for someone who's mechanically inclined, a strong communicator, and excited about motorsports or gaming. Key Responsibilities: Assemble
the racing simulator hardware and ensure proper setup and functionality
Transport
the simulator safely to and from the event venue (must have reliable transportation)
On event day,
greet guests , guide them through the simulator experience, and provide light instruction or troubleshooting if needed
Represent the brand in a
friendly, energetic, and professional
manner
Ensure simulator is clean, safe, and operating smoothly throughout the event
Assist with
event setup and teardown
before and after activation
Qualifications: Mechanically inclined with experience assembling tech or hardware (basic tools knowledge)
Outgoing and personable; confident interacting with the public
Comfortable lifting and moving equipment (~50 lbs)
Valid driver's license and access to reliable transportation (van/truck is a plus)
Quick learner with strong attention to detail
Interest in motorsports, gaming, or experiential events is a plus
Punctual, dependable, and able to follow detailed instructions
Bonus Skills: Experience in events, AV setup, or customer-facing tech support
Previous work as brand ambassador or experiential marketing staff
