Are you looking for an exciting opportunity to start your career in manufacturing? As an Entry-Level Assembler, you will engage in a variety of assembly operations that will help you develop your skills in a supportive environment.

As an Entry-Level Assembler, your responsibilities will include:

• Preparing for tasks by reviewing assembly instructions and gathering necessary materials and tools.
• Positioning components using templates and precise measurements.
• Assembling parts while ensuring they fit correctly and are securely fastened.
• Assisting in the development of prototypes and other basic assembly projects as needed.
• Maintaining a clean and safe workspace by adhering to company policies.
• Using resources efficiently to maximize productivity.
• Helping train team members on basic assembly tasks.
• Conducting inspections to ensure all work meets quality standards before proceeding to the next phase.
• Documenting actions by completing production and quality forms.

We are seeking candidates who:

• Have a High School diploma, GED, or relevant work experience.
• Ideally possess 0-1 year of experience in a manufacturing setting.
• Are comfortable using small hand and power tools safely.
• Can read and interpret assembly drawings and bills of material.
• Have basic computer skills.
• Can understand and read English instructions effectively.

Physical Demands of the Job:

• This role involves medium to heavy physical work.
• Frequent lifting of up to 40 pounds and occasional lifting of up to 75 pounds (with assistance).
• Continuous standing and walking, with frequent bending and stooping.
• Engagement in tasks requiring gripping, manipulation, and use of hand/power tools.
