Aerotek's client is looking for Heavy Equipment Operators to join their team in the Waldorf, MD area
We are seeking experienced heavy equipment operators proficient in using excavators and loaders to conduct backfilling in controlled lifts. Candidates must also be able to operate a roller, carry gravel and pipe, and ensure the job site is well-maintained as work progresses.
Responsibilities

Operate excavators and loaders to conduct backfilling in controlled lifts.

Utilize a roller for site preparation.

Transport gravel and pipe efficiently.

Maintain the cleanliness and order of the job site throughout the project.
Essential Skills
-
Proficiency in operating excavators, front-end loaders, rollers, backhoes, and dozers.

Minimum of 4 years of experience operating heavy equipment such as excavators and front-end loaders.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
- Additional operating experience is a plus.

Work Environment
- Work as part of a pipe crew in an outdoor construction setting, handling various heavy machinery and ensuring site efficiency and safety.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $24.00 - $26.00/hr.
