Income Tax, Sales & Use, and Property Tax .

Key Responsibilities
Manage and review global income tax provision and effective tax rate
Oversee ASC 740 compliance and tax-related SOX controls
Lead tax footnote preparation and board-level financial disclosures
Analyze tax impacts of M&A, dispositions, and purchase accounting
Maintain integrity of tax provision software and processes
Collaborate with corporate accounting and external auditors
Drive the annual tax forecast process and periodic updates
What I'm Looking For
Bachelor’s in Accounting; Master’s in Taxation preferred
CPA certification
4–6 years of corporate tax provision and compliance experience
Strong ASC 740 knowledge and experience with multinational structures
Familiarity with Longview, CorpTax, Alteryx, and advanced Excel modeling
