Why This Role Stands Out: Strategic exposure to senior leadership Broad scope across global tax provision, compliance, and M&A Opportunity to lead ASC 740 reporting and tax forecasting Collaborative, high-performance team culture Hybrid flexibility with a stunning mountain backdrop Key Responsibilities: Manage and review global income tax provision and effective tax rate Oversee ASC 740 compliance and tax-related SOX controls Lead tax footnote preparation and board-level financial disclosures Analyze tax impacts of M&A, dispositions, and purchase accounting Maintain integrity of tax provision software and processes Collaborate with corporate accounting and external auditors Drive the annual tax forecast process and periodic updates What I'm Looking For: Bachelor’s in Accounting; Master’s in Taxation preferred CPA certification 4–6 years of corporate tax provision and compliance experience Strong ASC 740 knowledge and experience with multinational structures Familiarity with Longview, CorpTax, Alteryx, and advanced Excel modeling This is more than a tax role—it’s a chance to shape the future of a company that’s innovating at scale.
