Job Title : Software Engineer (TypeScript / C# .NET / Healthcare - FHIR / API Development)

Location : Atlanta, Georgia, United States (Remote)

Job Type : Full Time

Our client, a leading healthcare services and technology organization, is seeking a Software Engineer to join their growing team. This role offers the opportunity to build modern, cloud-based applications that drive real-time data processing and improve patient outcomes across the healthcare ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, test, and deploy scalable software solutions using modern technologies (TypeScript, C#.NET, React, PostgreSQL, MongoDB)
  • Build and integrate APIs, ensuring secure, high-performance, and reliable systems
  • Partner with product managers, DevOps, and cross-functional teams to deliver high-impact features
  • Apply engineering best practices including TDD, CI/CD, code reviews, and secure coding standards
  • Contribute to technology evaluations, proofs of concept, and frameworks to accelerate development
  • Support existing applications by troubleshooting, debugging, and implementing enhancements

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field, plus 4+ years of software development experience
  • Hands-on expertise in TypeScript, C#.NET, React, and relational/NoSQL databases
  • Strong knowledge of cloud platforms (GCP or Azure), containerization (Docker), and serverless deployment
  • Familiarity with Agile development, Git/TFS, and modern SDLC practices
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills

Preferred Experience

  • Prior work in healthcare, financial services, or other regulated industries
  • Exposure to security and quality tools such as SonarQube, Veracode, or ZAP
  • Experience with collaboration and design tools (JIRA, Confluence, Figma, Miro, etc.)
