Project Manager Job at Alpine Solutions Group in Dallas

MUST HAVE:

• All of their relative experience needs to be recent
• Minimum 5 years experience as electrical project manager
• Must have healthcare/hospital construction experience. (Hospital, dental office doctor office, etc.) This is a requirement please keep this mind
• Must have worked complex $10MM+ electrical projects

We will consider non local candiates that are open to full relocation.

Sr. Electrical Project Managers are responsible for overseeing and contributing to higher level electrical projects for their organization.

Responsibilities

• Plan, oversee and direct electrical construction projects $10M+
• Manage a team of PM's and APM's
• Disseminate relevant information to various departments related to the project.
• Monitor project progress and maintain project schedule.
• Develop project budget and track project costs according to contractual obligations.
• Review and study project documents including estimates, design drawings, specifications, customer proposals and contracts.
• Perform other duties assigned by the manager.

Qualifications

• Must have experience managing electrical construction projects $10M+
• Experience in Healthcare projects required
