MEP Project Manager
to join our dynamic team in San Jose, CA. If you're passionate about tackling unique HVAC MEP projects and thrive in a fast-paced environment, this is the role for you. As our MEP Project Manager, you’ll be at the forefront of coordinating multiple high-profile projects, delivering exceptional value to our clients, and leading an energized, collaborative team to success. Responsibilities
Project Coordination & Leadership: Lead and manage multiple HVAC MEP projects from inception to completion. Coordinate with internal teams, clients, and subcontractors to ensure project success. Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients. Understand their needs, resolve issues, and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction. Scope, Budget, & Estimating: Develop project scopes, budgets, and timelines. Oversee cost estimates, procurement, and project scheduling. Team Development: Mentor and lead project teams, fostering a collaborative environment that encourages accountability and excellence. Problem Solving: Troubleshoot issues that arise during the project lifecycle. Take proactive steps to mitigate risks and maintain smooth operations. Project Documentation: Ensure all project documentation, including plans, contracts, and reports, is accurate and up-to-date. Quality & Safety: Ensure that all projects are executed in compliance with safety standards and company policies. Uphold the highest quality standards throughout the project lifecycle. Qualifications
Minimum 1 year of experience as a Project Manager in the HVAC/MEP industry. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Project). Familiarity with project management software is a plus. Strong communicator, organized, and a problem-solver. Proven leadership experience, with a collaborative approach that drives results. Strong interpersonal and client relations skills with a proactive approach to customer service. Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and handle changing priorities. Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering preferred. Benefits
