We are seeking a highly experienced and dedicated Project Manager with a specialization in MEP projects to join our owner representative/CMa team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of successful project delivery, strong leadership skills, and a deep understanding of construction processes and regulations. Responsibilities: Lead and manage all phases of Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) projects from conception to completion. Oversee the installation and coordination of all MEP systems, ensuring quality and compliance with specifications and codes. Manage civil work components of projects as they relate to MEP infrastructure. Coordinate and oversee commissioning activities for MEP systems. Conduct thorough design and specification reviews for MEP components. Lead and mentor multidisciplinary teams including MEP specialists, estimators, and schedulers. Ensure project adherence to scope, budget, and schedule, with a focus on MEP deliverables. Communicate effectively with stakeholders, clients, and team members regarding MEP project status. Manage risks and resolve issues related to MEP systems in a timely manner. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, or a Bachelor of Architecture. 8+ years of progressive experience in project management within the architectural/structural field. Demonstrated experience with oversight of installation of enclosure systems, civil work, and commissioning. Proficiency in conducting design/spec reviews. Proven ability to lead multidisciplinary teams. Strong understanding of project management principles and practices. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills. Experience with Project Management Information Systems required (Procore, eBuilder, Kahua, etc) Preferred Certifications: Certified Construction Manager (CCM) Project Management Professional (PMP) Professional Engineer (PE) Additional Requirements: Successful completion of an HSPD-12 background check is required for this position.
