Must be registered and in good standing to practice before the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office. Undergraduate degree in computer science, electrical engineering, or related field. For attorneys, admitted to the Bar in the jurisdiction of application and in good standing. Minimum of 3 years of patent practice in computer science or electrical engineering; experience in AI, ML, and robotics patent work is desirable. Demonstrated experience in drafting and prosecuting patent applications. Excellent written and oral communication and sound judgment. Ability to manage cases independently and collaboratively work within a team; self-starter with ability to prioritize and work under pressure. Application Details
