Position Summary:

This hybrid role combines the customer facing responsibilities of sales with the hands on oversight of managing roofing projects from start to finish. You’ll work directly with homeowners, insurance adjusters, to ensure every project is properly scoped, sold, and executed to the highest standard.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct property inspections and identify roof damage (storm-related and general wear)
• Educate homeowners on roofing systems, repair/replacement options, and insurance claims
• Present proposals, and close clients
• Maintain clear communication with homeowners throughout the process
• Ensure project completion meets quality standards and customer satisfaction
• Track sales activity and manage job files
