Duties
Manage pre-suit and litigation cases. Collaborate with staff on litigation strategies. Develop procedures and standards to optimize case outcomes. Establish training and development paths for staff. Contribute to building a strong litigation team. Draft and review pleadings, motions, and discovery documents. Participate in mediations, hearings, and court appearances. Requirements
Extensive experience in Plaintiff Personal Injury with successful outcomes. Licensed to practice law in Washington State. Knowledge of current trends and legal changes in personal injury law. Ability to work collaboratively and positively impact the team. Education
Juris Doctor (JD) degree. Certifications
Active membership in the Washington State Bar Association. Skills
Strong litigation and negotiation skills. Excellent written and verbal communication abilities. Proficient in legal research and case management. Health, dental, vision, and life insurance.
