Job Description:
Core Duties
- Successful management and fulfillment of high-volume weekly requisitions for multiple site locations in the US
- Perform job and task analysis to document job specifications and create job descriptions
- Attract applicants by placing job advertisements on job sites
- Sources and Screens applicants that meet minimum qualifications and coordinates interview with hiring managers
- Initiate background/drug screening
- Assist with managing the new hire on-boarding process
- Data input of candidate/employee information into various systems
- Track metrics (i.e. time to fill, cost per hire) in recruitment efforts and makes recommendations
- Provide recruiting reports to the team
- Promote and represent XPEL as a leader in the industry
- Other Duties as assigned
- 4-5 years of recruiting experience with at least 1-2 years in high volume recruiting
- Experience in automotive/manufacturing setting is highly desirable
- Familiarity with Workday Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) is highly desirable
- Bilingual in Spanish is highly desirable
- Positive attitude and ability to re-prioritize tasks quickly
- Analytical and strong proven problem-solving abilities
- Proficient in Excel and MS Office Suite
- Commitment to friendly, upbeat and professional interactions with customers, coworkers and management
- Demonstrated written and verbal communication skills
- Must be based in San Antonio, TX and willing to come to office 4 days a week
