Join Pride Health as a Phlebotomist II at Cumming, GA! This is a 6 months contract role offering a great opportunity for experience to excel in a dynamic environment.
Location:
- Cumming, GA 30040
- Cumming, GA 30041
Shift Schedule:
- Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM EST
- Monday–Friday, 7:30 AM – 4:30 PM EST
Hours per Week: 40 hours
Start Date: ASAP
Pay Highlights: $18.80-21.30/hour (Based on years of experience)
Responsibilities
- Perform venipuncture and capillary collections, including pediatric and geriatric patients.
- Collect, label, and verify specimens while ensuring accuracy of patient identification.
- Accession and prepare specimens for laboratory testing in accordance with standard practices.
- Maintain required records, documentation, and compliance with company policies.
- Uphold a safe and professional work environment.
- Deliver superior customer focus and foster positive patient experiences.
- Demonstrate leadership behaviors and uphold confidentiality of patient information.
- Travel and provide coverage at multiple Patient Service Centers or In-Office Phlebotomy locations as needed.
Qualifications
Education: High School Diploma or GED required.
Experience: Minimum 3 years phlebotomy experience required, including pediatric, geriatric, and capillary collections.
Note: Local candidates within 30 miles are eligible.
*Offered pay rate will be based on education, experience, and healthcare credit.
