Responsibilities
As an entry-level Administrative Assistant, you contribute to the overall growth and success by assisting with administrative tasks, scheduling appointments, scanning paperwork, creating and updating patient files, maintaining a high level of customer service, educating patients on health and wellness benefits, and supporting office operations.
Qualifications
- 18+ years old
Professional demeanor, strong verbal and written communication, attention to detail, ability to learn quickly, and ability to work under pressure. Willingness to do what it takes to get the job done.
Salary and Benefits
Competitive wage of $16-20/hour plus bonuses, depending on experience. Benefits include 8 paid holidays, 40 hours of PTO after one year of employment, unlimited unpaid PTO, group discounts for health, dental, and vision insurance, and complimentary chiropractic care for you and your family.
Work Schedule
Wauwatosa Schedule: Monday 8:00am-1:00pm and 1:30pm-6:00pm; Tuesday 1:00 PM - 6:00pm; Wednesday 8:00am-1:00pm and 1:30pm-5:00pm; Thursday 8:00am-1:00pm and 1:30-6:00pm.
